The password in Jack serves two important functions: enhancing account security and enabling seamless login. Only you, the user, have the ability to change your password, providing you with full control over your account's security.
Change the Password in Jack Portal
To change your password in Jack Portal, follow these simple steps:
- Login to your Jack Portal, and click your profile icon on the left-bottom corner of the Jack Portal.
- Click Settings.
- On the Settings page, navigate to the General menu on the sidebar, and click Edit on the Change Password section.
- Before changing the password, you need to input the current password, then click Continue.
- Input the new password that you want to use for your Jack account. Retype it again for confirmation. Don’t forget to click Change Password to confirm the change at the end. Finally, your password is successfully changed to the new one!
Change the Password in Jack App
To change your password in Jack App, follow these simple steps:
- Login to your Jack App, then click the Account menu in the navigation bar.
- You will be sent to the account page, click Account Safety.
- Click Change Password.
- Before confirming the change of your password, you need to input your current password and click Continue.
- Input the new password that you want to use for your Jack account. After inputting your new password, you need to confirm the new password by rewriting it again and clicking Change password. Finally, your password is successfully changed to the new one!
