Jack is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) who has obtained a license from Bank Indonesia under the name of PT Indo Koala Remittance. Jack is supervised by Bank Indonesia and the Center for Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis.

PT Indo Koala Remittance or Jack has obtained a license as a Payment Service Provider (PSP) from Bank Indonesia with License Number 13/77/DASP/30 since 25 February 2011 in providing its services to You. You can find a list of PSP licensed by Bank Indonesia here.
The license allows Jack to provide fund transfer services in Indonesia, and fund transfer from and to other countries. Apart from that, Jack also cooperates with other PSPs in providing additional services to our users.
In carrying out these activities, Jack is supervised by regulators in Indonesia, namely Bank Indonesia and the Center for Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis. The scope of supervision by regulators includes compliance with regulations, reporting, and audits. As a licensed payment service provider, Jack always pays attention to the legality of its services, including the legality of its relationship with users. Relationship between Jack and its users is based on the Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions of Services of Jack.
