Why Do I Still Get Email and Push Notifications?
If you do not want to receive push notifications from Jack, the foremost thing to check is Jack’s notification settings. Please ensure that you do not turn any notifications through push notifications on (See this article for further detail). However, you are not able to customize your email settings at the current time, meaning that by default, you will still receive any email from us. Rest assured, we are committed to enable you to customize your email settings in the future.
If you have turned the settings for push notifications off, but you still continue receiving it, then these might be the reasons:
