Balance Transfer Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Once your transfer request is approved and released by the Releaser, our system will automatically send the money from the sender's company balance to the recipient’s company balance in real-time. Typically, it takes approximately two (2) minutes for the beneficiary to receive the balance amount. The terms of this SLA are applicable at all times, 24/7. You can monitor the progress of transfers on the Transactions page in both Jack Portal and Jack App by simply filtering the transaction type to 'Between Jack'.
While we strive for efficiency, occasional delays may occur due to technical or operational factors beyond our control. Rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring timely transfers and providing you with the best service. In the rare case that your balance transfer transaction remains "In Progress" or “Failed” after some time, please contact our Dedicated Support team for assistance. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the situation promptly. If a transaction fails, you can expect a maximum refund processing time of D+2 working days (Monday-Friday). Your refund will be automatically added to your company balance and you can check in the Transactions page.
Balance Transfer Handling Fee
Regardless of the subscription plan you've chosen, your balance transfer transaction will not incur any handling fees or transaction charges. No handling fees or transaction charges will be applied to your balance transfer transaction. You can enjoy the convenience of transferring funds without incurring any additional costs or fees.
