Change the PIN in Jack Portal
To change your PIN in Jack Portal, follow these simple steps:
- Login to your Jack Portal, and click your profile icon on the left-bottom corner of the Jack Portal.
- Click Settings.
- On the Settings page, navigate to the General menu on the sidebar, and click Edit on the Change PIN section.
- Before changing the PIN, you need to input the current PIN, then click Confirm.
- Input the new PIN that you want to use for your Jack account. Don’t forget to click Confirm to confirm the change. Finally, your PIN is successfully changed to the new one!
Change the PIN in Jack App
To change your PIN in Jack App, follow these simple steps:
- Login to your Jack App, then click the Account menu in the navigation bar.
- You will be sent to the account page, click Account Safety.
- Click Change PIN.
- Before confirming changing your PIN, you need to input your current PIN.
- Next, you need to input your new PIN. You need to do it twice in order to double-confirm. Finally, your PIN is successfully changed to the new one!
