Regardless of whether you're a Business Owner, Admin, or the Releaser of a transaction, you have full control over scheduled transactions. With this control, you can decide whether to make an immediate payment, reschedule it, or cancel it altogether for multiple transactions at once. This article reveals full steps to do that.

Reschedule or Pay Now Multiple Scheduled Transactions
Even when a transaction has already been scheduled or delayed, users with roles such as Business Owner, Admin, or Releaser can easily make adjustments. The adjustments can be done for each single transaction or multiple transactions at once. We’ve covered how to do adjustments for individual scheduled transactions in this article and for individual delayed transactions in this article, check this out!
If you wish to do it for several transactions simultaneously, here are the available options:
Pay Now: Use this option when there's an urgent need to pay multiple scheduled transactions as soon as possible. Please ensure that your company balance is sufficient for this action.
Reschedule: You can reschedule transactions to occur on a new specific date and time or based on a payment cycle established by your Business Owner or Admin. Note that if you opt to reschedule transactions in bulk, you can only choose a specific date and time for rescheduling.
You have the capability to pay now or reschedule in bulk only in Jack Portal (not available in Jack App yet).
How to Reschedule or Pay Multiple Transactions in Jack Portal
There are multiple methods for performing bulk actions on scheduled or delayed transactions.
How to Reschedule or Pay Multiple Transactions from Dashboard Page
Follow these steps to adjust multiple scheduled or delayed transactions from the Dashboard page in Jack Portal.
Go to the Dashboard page, navigate to the Scheduled Payments section, and click on either "Delayed Payment" or any upcoming scheduled payment.
Select the transactions on which you wish to perform bulk actions by clicking the checkboxes on the left side of each transaction.
Once you've selected the transactions, you can choose between the "Reschedule" or "Pay Immediately" option.
If you opt to "Reschedule," you can specify the new date and time (WIB) for the selected transactions, then click the Reschedule button. You will be prompted to enter your PIN and then click the Confirm button at the end.
If you choose "Pay Immediately," ensure that your company balance is sufficient to cover them all then enter your PIN.
Following these steps, your transactions will be either:
Rescheduled to a new date if you selected "Reschedule".
Paid immediately if you chose "Pay Immediately".ins
How to Reschedule or Pay Multiple Transactions from Scheduled Payments Page
Here are step-by-step instructions for utilizing these features from Scheduled Payments page:
Go to the Dashboard page, navigate to the Scheduled Payments section, and click on See all Schedules button.
You will be able to see the Upcoming and Delayed tabs.
Whether you choose the Upcoming or Delayed transactions, you will be able to select the transactions on which you wish to perform bulk actions by clicking the checkboxes on the left side of each transaction.
Once you've selected the transactions, you can choose between the "Reschedule" or "Pay Immediately" option.
If you opt to "Reschedule", you can specify the new date and time (WIB) for the selected transactions. Then click the Reschedule button.
If you choose "Pay Immediately", ensure that your company balance is sufficient to cover them all.
Regardless of your choice to do step (5) or (6), you will be prompted to enter your PIN, and then click the Confirm button at the end.
Following these steps, your transaction will be either:
Rescheduled to a new date if you selected "Reschedule".
Paid immediately if you chose "Pay Immediately".
